We have used The Ice Man for all of our hvac needs for many years. Always great, honest, reliable and fairly priced service. Brian provided our springtime check and tuneup on three air conditioning zones today. He was courteous, professional, and explained all of his work today. We would not use any other hvac company.

One of the most honest HVAC company I ever dealt with. We first had an emergency (during peak heat season in the summer our AC quit). They were able to quickly get us back on, but our 23 years old unit was clearly in dire strait of replacement. We then reached out to them end of September to replace the ac/furnace, they responded very quickly and professional, provided us with an estimate including multiple options based on our budget/needs. After picking an option, they were able to do the install very quickly. The crew was very knowledgeable, protected all flooring and did a VERY meticulous installation, every detail was looked over. I would strongly recommend Ice-Man to any of my friends (we worked with Larry). Having dealt with multiple other companies over the years, we feel they provided great value and excellent service.

I have used the Iceman for many years both at My home, office and rental properties. They are a great company. First they know their stuff. They know their products and how to use them. They know how to address ac problems. They know municipal permitting requirements at each town . Second they are reliable. You can trust they will do what they say. Third they are a caring company. They want to do the job properly and to resolve customer issues. Be careful as some companies try to make believe they are this company. Make sure you know who you are speaking with and only use them.

I had a problem with ac/heat pump recently and reached out out to the office at 10 am ,phone was answered by a person who was great and scheduled me a few hours later.He followed up and told me tech was on way and tech was very prompt. He was very professional.

Larry was at my house yesterday and problem solved until my air conditioning was fixed. They are so reliable and knowledgeable. Thank you

We have been using the Ice-Man for years for our heating and air conditioning needs. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Patrick has been our most recent representative and has done a great job with repairs and service. Would highly recommend the Ice-Man.

Company that installed and maintained our HVAC went out of business. Contacted Iceman to take over service a year ago. They have been out twice now. Prompt, pleasant service with minimal hassle. Price is comparable to what we paid previously. Didn't try to sell us any unnecessary upgrades. Asked for a quote on adding a humidifier. Provided multiple options and explained trade-offs of each. Need to save up for the humidifier but will definitely contact them when ready to proceed. Will continue to use them for maintenance and would definitely recommend.
